SaudiGulf Airlines Recruit Cabin Crew



Position: Flight Attendant

Deadline: 31 May 2017
Flight Attendants must meet the following Pre requisites: 
• Age: 21 – 35 years for experienced crew / 21 – 30 for fresher’s.( we prefer full service fly experience )
• Height: Ladies – 162 cms / Gentlemen – 170 cms
• Weight – in proportion to height as per B.M.I ( Body Mass Index)
• Complexion – Clear with no visible marks.
• No visible tattoos / No visible body piercings.
• Educated to a minimum level of accredited secondary education or equivalent
• Have passed a medical assessment

Responsibilities:
1- A Flight Attendant shall be responsible for the proper execution of his duties that:
a. Are related to the safety of the aircraft and its occupants; and
b. Are specified in the instructions and procedures laid down in the Flight Attendant Manual.
2- A Flight Attendant shall:
a. Report to the Captain any fault, failure, malfunction or defect which he believes may affect the airworthiness or safe operation of the aircraft including emergency systems.
Report to the Captain any incident that endangered, or could have endangered, the safety of operation; and
Make use of the Cabin Safety Report in accordance with 4.2.1.5, in all such cases, a copy of the report(s) shall be communicated to the Captain concerned.
3- A Flight Attendant shall not perform duties on an aircraft:
a. While under the influence of any drug that may affect his faculties in a manner contrary to safety and security;
b. Until 48 hrs have elapsed after deep water diving;
c. Following blood donation, until 48 hrs have elapsed;
d. If he is in any doubt of being able to accomplish his assigned duties; or
e. If he knows or suspects that he is suffering from fatigue, or feels unfit to the extent that the flight may be endangered.
4- A Flight Attendant shall not:
a. Consume alcohol less than 24 hours prior to the specified reporting time for flight duty or the commencement of standby;
Consume alcohol during the flight duty period or whilst on standby.
5- Specific Flight Attendant duties are detailed in this manual.
6- Complete flight documentation / paperwork and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
7- Coach Flight Attendants and conduct assessment of their performance.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Each minimum Flight Attendant is assigned an area of responsibility for which they shall carry out the following:
1-Pre-flight safety and security checks.
2-Cabin preparation for take-off and landing.
3-Post-flight security check.
4-Cabin preparation for emergency landing (on ground / on water).
5-Emergency evacuation procedures.
Note:
1- The assigned areas of responsibility for safety and security may differ from the areas of responsibility for in-flight service.
2-While carrying out pre-flight safety and security checks:
a. Minimum Flight Attendant shall check additional crew jump seats if additional crew are not carried.
